A Message from the New Library Director

Dear community members,

I am excited and honored to introduce myself as the new Library Director. Many of you already know me from my work as a part-time Library Assistant and Technology Trainer, where I have enjoyed helping with programs, technology, and everyday library services. Having worked in libraries for over 15 years, I truly value the important role libraries play in connecting and enriching our community.
I would like to express my gratitude to Judy Luster for her years of dedicated service to our library and community. I appreciate the strong foundation she built, and I am thankful for the opportunity to have worked alongside her during my time on staff.
Our library is an important part of this community, and I am committed to keeping it welcoming, helpful, and responsive to your needs. I look forward to continuing to support lifelong learning, access to technology, and programs that bring people together.
Please feel free to stop by, say hello, and share your ideas. I would love to get to know each of you and hear your suggestions for the library.
Warmly,
Loida Garcia
